Acceptance of Terms

CJAS Artist Links Directory WILL NOT be responsible, nor held liable for, your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Directory website, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings. These actions are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that the Artist Links Directory shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on artistlinks.cheapjoes.com.

All services are offered at the discretion of CJAS and may be suspended or stopped at any time for any reason. Editors of CJAS have full rights and privileges to edit, move or delete listings as necessary without any notice. Websites found to be breaking submission guidelines or these terms, even after approval, can be removed at the discretion of the editors.
CJAS makes no claim that this service will meet all of your expectations. We make no claim that the service will be uninterrupted, fast or error free or that the results from the service will be completely accurate. Copyright Assignment

Our failure to enforce any right under this Agreement will not waive that right. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid, the Agreement should be interpreted to effect the intent of the parties, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. You must file any claim or suit related to the CJAS Artist Links Web site within one year after it arises. The section titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no substantive effect.
CJAS's Artist Links Directory reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the directory (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that the Artist Links Directory shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the directory.
